Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer / Admin Assistant, your main duties will include:

• Producing attractive and professional designs tailored to cosmetics, skincare, beauty, and personal care products.
• Creating engaging visual content for social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, as well as websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Contributing to digital marketing campaigns with innovative and brand-aligned creative concepts.
• Providing administrative assistance to help streamline operational workflows.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, ideally with brands related to cosmetics, skincare, beauty, lifestyle, or fashion.
• A strong portfolio that showcases a range of creative and commercial design projects.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing design requirements.
• Solid grasp of branding principles, typography, layout composition, and visual communication techniques.
