Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Rigging Supervisor to join their offshore team in Qatar. This role demands a highly skilled professional with proven expertise in rigging and lifting operations, ideally with immediate availability. The position offers a great opportunity to contribute to complex offshore projects while working within a dedicated engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

The Rigging Supervisor will oversee rigging activities and ensure safety and compliance during offshore lifting operations. You will lead the rigging crew, supervise routine maintenance, and coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of tasks. The role requires strict adherence to industry safety standards while managing resources efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• OPITO Rigging Level III or Level IV certification (alternatively EMTA or NVQ Level 3 equivalent)
• Valid safety certifications including H2S, TBOSIET, and OMF
• Minimum of 5 years of offshore rigging and lifting experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Approved NOC candidate status
• Ability to start immediately
