Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Multi Technician to join our team in Qatar for a short-term project lasting one month. This role involves performing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks with a focus on safety and efficiency in an oil and gas environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience working offshore and onshore within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Multi Technician will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and repair duties, including:

• Executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and detailed inspections of equipment and systems.
• Operating and maintaining tools, machinery, and technical systems in compliance with established procedures.
• Identifying faults, assisting with diagnostics, performing modifications, and routine mechanical upkeep.
• Adhering strictly to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines, Permit to Work (PTW) systems, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and other site safety standards.
• Interpreting technical drawings, manuals, work instructions, and procedures to ensure accurate task completion.
• Collaborating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to support seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Certifications

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

• Between 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in technician roles involving maintenance, repairs, installation, and inspections.
• Proven experience in the oil and gas sector, with familiarity in both offshore and onshore operations.
• Active RLIC gatepass is highly desirable.
• Well-versed in HSE protocols, PTW, PPE usage, and overall safe working practices.
• Holding a technical diploma or certificate relevant to the role.
• Valid certifications in TBOSET and H2S safety training.
