We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Facility Management Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background combined with extensive experience in facility management within the GCC region. Key Responsibilities

The Senior FM Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of facility management projects, ensuring systems operate efficiently and reliably. Key duties include monitoring HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical installations, coordinating maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and leading technical evaluations to optimize facility performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
• 15 years of relevant engineering experience with at least 5 years in facility management, specifically within the GCC region.
• UPDA and QCDD certifications are mandatory for this role.
• Certification as a Facility Engineer is preferred, though not required.
• Strong knowledge of building services, mechanical systems, and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
• Valid Qatar ID (QID) with NOC is essential.
