Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a reputable engineering consultancy in Doha, Qatar. This is a fixed-term position running from July 27, 2026, to September 7, 2026. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in building projects, and demonstrate strong design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering engineering solutions for various building projects. Responsibilities include mechanical design, project coordination, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met. The engineer will also provide technical expertise and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 15 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on building-related projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Previous hands-on design experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with an engineering consultancy environment is essential.
• Holders of UPDA Grade A certification are encouraged to apply.
