Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor specializing in Facilities Management to join our team at QNB Al Mathaf Tower in Qatar. This is a contract position for an initial period of two months, with the possibility of extension. The role offers a competitive all-inclusive salary of QAR 3,500.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee electrical operations within the facility, ensuring the maintenance, safety, and efficient functioning of electrical systems. Responsibilities include supervising a team of technicians, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities and technical team
• Monitor and manage MV panels, ATS, UPS, and electrical distribution panels
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
• Utilize CAFM systems to track work orders and manage asset maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering
• Proven facilities management experience in a similar role
• Hands-on expertise with Medium Voltage (MV) panels, Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and electrical distribution panels
• Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software
• Strong understanding of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading a technical team

Work Environment

This position is based at QNB Al Mathaf Tower, a prominent location in Qatar. The role demands active coordination with various departments to ensure smooth electrical operations within the building’s facility management system.
