Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee electrical installation projects. This role is crucial for ensuring that all installation works comply with strict quality standards and contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and quality management, backed by extensive field experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will take charge of inspecting electrical installations and maintaining compliance with industry standards such as BS 7671 and IEC. You will conduct quality audits, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented. Maintaining clear and accurate documentation and reports will also be an essential part of your daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Quality Management.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Certification in Electrical Installation Inspection and Testing, aligned with BS 7671 / IEC standards.
• At least 13 years of practical QA/QC experience in electrical installation work.
• Strong expertise in quality auditing, inspection procedures, and system compliance.
• Proficient in handling NCRs and ensuring adherence to quality regulations.
• Excellent reporting and documentation capabilities.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are preferred.
