Job Overview

We are currently seeking a qualified QC Coating Inspector to join a leading Oil & Gas and Petrochemical project team within the Gulf region. This role demands expertise in coating inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have certified technical credentials and substantial experience in coating applications pertaining to the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves thorough inspection and assessment of protective coatings on equipment and infrastructure used in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects. You will be tasked with verifying adherence to specified coating standards, performing quality control audits, and preparing detailed inspection reports. Collaborating closely with project teams to resolve coating-related issues and ensuring all procedures meet regulatory and company requirements is vital.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified NACE Level 2 or BGAS accreditation.
• Mandatory FROSIO certification.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on coating inspection experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• In-depth understanding of coating inspection standards and quality control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
