We are urgently seeking qualified candidates for multiple engineering roles based in Qatar.   • Lead Structural Designer – QAR 12,200
  • Structural Designer – QAR 9,000
  • Lead Structural Engineer – QAR 17,000
  • Senior Structural Engineer – QAR 15,000
  • Structural Engineer – QAR 12,000
  • Lead Piping Designer – QAR 16,000

Key Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to contribute their expertise to both brownfield and greenfield offshore projects. This includes detailed structural and piping design for oil and gas facilities, supporting design offices and fabrication facilities, as well as overseeing offshore installation activities. Leadership roles involve mentoring junior engineers and maintaining team collaboration to meet project goals efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is mandatory; Master’s degree and Chartered Engineer status are advantageous for senior and lead roles.
  • Proven expertise in structural engineering within oil and gas environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience for engineer roles, 8 years for senior positions, and 12 years for lead roles.
  • Hands-on experience with offshore structural design, covering both new projects and modifications.
  • Proficiency with PDMS and E3D design software is required.
  • Strong team spirit, leadership qualities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly for operating companies is highly valued. Candidates who have demonstrated peer leadership and can foster effective teamwork in multidisciplinary environments will be given priority.
