We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading MEP contracting company based in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fire protection systems, coupled with experience in maintenance and operations leadership. This role demands a proactive professional who holds the necessary certifications to thrive in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, supervising, and managing fire protection projects in compliance with Qatar Civil Defence Department (QCDD) standards. You will oversee maintenance operations, lead technical teams, and ensure all mechanical systems meet safety and quality benchmarks. Collaboration with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated MEP solutions is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid UDPA License with at least Grade C certification.
• Mandatory approval as a QCDD Engineer.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in fire protection engineering.
• Proven track record in maintenance and operations leadership roles within mechanical engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and safety regulations.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
