Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Handover Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing the handover process for Ashghal infrastructure and road projects, ensuring seamless coordination with key stakeholders and delivering compliant documentation for project completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the entire handover procedure, ensuring all Ashghal requirements are met. Responsibilities include timely submission and approval of PDLM system deliverables, collaborating effectively with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders, and tracking all necessary asset documentation, drawings, and clearances to facilitate smooth project close-out.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Ashghal infrastructure or road projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Government Engineering Consultants (GEC) and Public Works Authority (PWA).
• Proficiency in the PDLM system and related handover deliverables.
• Comprehensive understanding of non-PWA assets and stakeholder management.
• Strong skills in preparing, compiling, and finalizing all handover documentation.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to manage multiple parties.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Valid MMUP/UPDA certification.
• Local candidates with a valid Qatar ID and driving license are preferred.
