Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Freelance Engineer to provide expert services in precast concrete works. This role involves delivering comprehensive engineering and commercial support tailored for precast concrete projects in Qatar. Ideal candidates should be proficient in both design aspects as well as cost management related to precast concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing detailed precast concrete shop drawings to guide production and installation
• Performing precise quantity take-offs for materials required in precast works
• Estimating costs accurately for different precast concrete elements
• Conducting rate analysis to streamline project budgets and resource allocation
• Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) specific to precast concrete components
• Providing all necessary engineering and commercial support for precast concrete projects

Requirements

• Proven experience in precast concrete engineering and commercial service delivery

• Excellent understanding of BOQ preparation standards
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and clients
