Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Foreman or Crew Leader to join our manufacturing facility in Qatar. This role is ideal for candidates with solid mechanical engineering knowledge and hands-on experience in a production or industrial environment. The successful applicant will play a key role in overseeing factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for supervising daily activities on the factory floor. Managing and guiding production teams to maintain high productivity and quality is crucial. Additionally, ensuring all operational processes comply with safety regulations is a top priority for the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience
• At least 2 years of practical experience working in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Strong leadership abilities and effective team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes and safety compliance
