Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned Site Engineer or Supervisor to join our expanding team in Qatar. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid background in fit-out works and a minimum of five years’ experience, preferably within the GCC region. The role demands a proactive individual who can efficiently oversee site supervision and ensure effective project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities related to fit-out projects. This includes monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with subcontractors and project stakeholders, and addressing any onsite issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of five years of experience as a Site Engineer or Supervisor specifically in fit-out projects
• Proven expertise in site supervision and project coordination
• Experience working within the GCC construction environment is essential
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
