Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Electrical Engineer to oversee the installation of underground power cable systems ranging from 33 kV up to 400 kV. This role involves managing on-site activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will supervise the installation of high voltage underground power cables and coordinate closely with key stakeholders including KAHRAMAA, consultants, subcontractors, and other involved parties. They will prepare daily progress reports, develop work schedules, and facilitate inspections and approvals to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles, preferably with high voltage cable installation projects.
• Valid A Grade UPDA/MMUP Engineering License for Qatar.
• Transferable visa or No Objection Certificate (NOC) is mandatory.
• Possession of a valid Qatar driving license is required.
