Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas EPC and EPIC sectors to lead large-scale projects based in Qatar. Candidates should bring a strong background in engineering project execution combined with proven leadership skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring effective coordination of construction activities, strict control over costs, and adherence to budget plans. Leading project teams, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring full compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPIC projects.
• At least 7 years in a Project Manager role or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Strong expertise in project execution, construction planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and meet project KPIs.
• Commitment to maintaining high QHSE standards throughout all project stages.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification is highly desirable, along with prior experience working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, which will add value to the candidate’s ability to navigate local regulations and project environments effectively.
