Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Piping Inspector to join a project based in Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar. This position is for a duration of six months with an immediate start, ideally today or tomorrow. The role requires coverage of an evening shift schedule specifically for the summer months.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of piping systems, ensuring adherence to quality assurance and quality control standards. The role centers around working with both Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) and metallic piping systems, catering to the requirements of oil and gas industry projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in piping inspection, preferably within oil and gas projects in Qatar.
• Strong expertise in the inspection and evaluation of GRP and metallic piping systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of QA/QC protocols in piping operations.
• Ability to immediately join the project with valid QID.

Work Environment

This position involves working in an outdoor industrial setting at Ras Abu Fontas, primarily during evening hours throughout the summer to meet project demands. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic work environment that demands attention to detail and strict compliance with safety and quality standards.
