Manforce Resources is seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on site, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians. Your role includes interpreting MEP drawings and specifications, collaborating closely with engineers, site personnel, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. You will also oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety regulations. Daily progress reports must be prepared, and any site-related issues should be promptly addressed and resolved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related MEP disciplines is preferred
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supervising MEP works, preferably within Qatar or the GCC region
• In-depth understanding of MEP installation and maintenance practices
• Strong communication skills coupled with effective team leadership capabilities
• Ability to perform efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
