We are urgently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and possess over five years of hands-on experience in mall building maintenance and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations. Familiarity with local government regulations and requirements is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems within mall facilities. This includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, and coordinating repair work to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Utilizing AutoCAD software to support maintenance planning and documentation is a vital part of the role. Additionally, the engineer must ensure compliance with government standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance engineering, specifically within mall or commercial building environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for creating and updating technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility maintenance best practices
• Understanding of Qatar government regulations related to building maintenance and safety
• Eligibility to transfer sponsorship in Qatar
