Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This role requires a strong background in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of HVAC installations within our facilities, leading a sizable technical team.

Key Responsibilities

As the HVAC Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee and manage the maintenance operations, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs. You’ll lead a dedicated team of over 80 HVAC technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while optimizing system performance. Close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams will be essential, alongside compiling detailed maintenance reports and suggesting enhancements to HVAC systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Proficient with chillers, direct expansion (DX), package units, VRV/VRF systems, split, and window air conditioning units.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant HVAC certifications are highly desirable.
• Immediate availability is preferable.
