Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a qualified Fire Alarm Engineer with UPDA registration and QCD approval to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, combined with extensive experience in fire alarm systems catering to Qatar’s regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of fire alarm systems. You will also be expected to prepare detailed shop drawings, develop technical submittals, and generate inspection reports in line with project requirements. Collaboration with other teams and active communication with stakeholders are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
• Valid UPDA Registration and QCD Approval mandatory for this role
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically within Qatar
• Strong expertise in Fire Alarm and Firefighting systems adhering to NFPA standards and QCD regulations
• Proficiency in installation, testing, commissioning, and system maintenance procedures
• Ability to create accurate shop drawings, technical documentation, and inspection reports
• Effective communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth project execution
