Job Overview

We are currently seeking highly skilled engineering and safety professionals to join various major construction projects in Qatar. These roles require significant experience in large-scale projects with budgets exceeding QR 100 million, primarily within the Arabian Gulf region. Positions available include Technical Engineers, Project Engineers, Senior Site Supervisors, Safety Officers, and Male Nurses specialized in construction site environments.

Available Positions and Requirements

The recruitment comprises multiple key roles, each requiring a blend of technical expertise and regional experience:

• Technical Engineer (Architectural & Civil) – 4 vacancies
  Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience. At least 8 years should be spent as a discipline engineer focused on design and engineering of large-scale capital projects (QR 100M+), preferably with consulting firms. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience working in the Arabian Gulf.
• Project Engineer (Architectural & Civil) – 4 vacancies
  Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering along with recognized engineering qualifications. They must have at least 10 years of hands-on on-site construction experience with large projects exceeding QR 100 million, with a minimum of 5 years of work in the Gulf region. Strong coordination skills are essential.
• Senior Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural) – 6 vacancies
  A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering from an accredited institute is required. Applicants must have 15 years of practical site supervisory experience on high-value projects (QR 100M+), with 10 years specifically in the Arabian Gulf. Proficiency in English, leadership ability, and knowledge in on-site safety, quality management, and coordination are critical.
• Senior Site Supervisor (Geotechnical & Environmental) – 4 vacancies
  Those applying should have a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized school and at least 15 years of site supervision in projects of similar scale and quality. Experience in the Gulf for over 10 years is mandatory. Candidates must be well-organized, fluent in English, and possess a confident leadership style.
• Safety Officers – 10 vacancies
  Applicants must hold a diploma or certificate in a relevant field and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in HSE roles, particularly in civil construction. Possession of NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Male Nurse – 4 vacancies
  Applicants should have a valid nursing license issued by Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and at least 5 years of experience. Experience working in civil construction environments is required.
