Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Coating Inspector to join a long-term oil and gas project at RLIC, Qatar. This role demands hands-on experience in insulation and coating inspection within the oil and gas industry, ensuring project standards and safety requirements are consistently met. The position offers a demanding yet rewarding work schedule and the opportunity to contribute to a key regional project.

Key Responsibilities

The Coating Inspector will be responsible for performing detailed inspections of protective coatings and insulation on pipelines and equipment. Monitoring compliance with industry standards, conducting tests, and documenting results are critical aspects of this role. Collaboration with project engineers and field teams to address coating quality issues is essential to maintain project integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in insulation inspection within oil and gas settings is mandatory.
• BGAS and NACE Level 2 certifications required to ensure adherence to coating standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering is preferred to support technical understanding.
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant field experience in oil and gas projects.

Work Schedule and Conditions

This is a full-time role requiring 10 hours of work per day, six days a week. Ideal candidates are those who can join immediately or on short notice, prepared for a long-term assignment at RLIC, Qatar.
