We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our engineering workshop team in Qatar. This role demands a blend of strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise, particularly in managing engineering or workshop operations. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing workshop functions and driving team performance within the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day workshop activities, ensuring smooth operational flow, and managing the team to meet productivity and quality targets. You will coordinate workshop processes involving engine refurbishing, lathe machining, and metal fabrication. Leading communication across various departments and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency form an essential part of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess proven experience in engineering or workshop management, with a good understanding of mechanical processes related to engine refurbishing and metalwork. Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate and manage the team effectively. Communication abilities that foster collaboration and clear reporting are also important. Familiarity with lathe machining and metal fabrication will be advantageous.
