Ultimate Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L., a reputable civil and electro-mechanical contractor based in Qatar, is urgently seeking qualified candidates for several engineering positions. This local hiring drive offers opportunities for skilled professionals experienced in mechanical and electrical engineering, drafting, and procurement within the construction sector.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical Engineer: Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience with UPDA certification. Responsibilities include overseeing HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and drainage systems, as well as site coordination, reviewing drawings, and managing project documentation.
• Electrical Engineer: This role requires at least 8 years of experience along with a UPDA Grade A license. Candidates will manage electrical installations, supervise construction activities, and coordinate site operations effectively.
• Draftsman Cum Estimation: Applicants must possess 2-4 years of drafting experience in civil and MEP projects and hold a diploma, ITI, or engineering qualification. Key duties include preparing AutoCAD shop drawings, as-built drawings, quantity take-offs, and BOQs.
• Procurement Officer: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement and hold an engineering degree. Responsibilities involve vendor management, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and processing purchase orders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant UPDA certification for engineering roles is mandatory.
• Practical experience in site supervision, coordination, and technical documentation is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of construction-related drafting for the Draftsman role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially for the Procurement Officer position.
