Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled engineering professionals for multiple openings in Qatar. These roles include Facility Engineers, ELV/CCTV Engineers, and ELV Site Supervisors. The ideal candidates will have relevant experience working in the Middle East and a strong background in their respective fields. Key Responsibilities

Facility Engineer

• Oversee and manage fit-out and renovation projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
• Coordinate hard and soft facilities management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and drawings, utilizing AutoCAD as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and contractors to meet project requirements and resolve issues efficiently.

ELV/CCTV Engineers

• Design, install, and maintain Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems including CCTV, access control, and other security solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repair ELV systems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.

ELV Site Supervisor

• Supervise ELV installation teams on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Manage daily site activities, coordinate with project managers, and facilitate smooth communication between teams.
• Monitor progress and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (for Facility Engineer).
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in the Middle East, especially in facility engineering or ELV systems.
• Excellent knowledge of fit-out projects, renovation works, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and interpreting technical drawings (Facility Engineer role).
• Strong understanding of ELV systems, CCTV, and site supervision skills for ELV roles.
• Good communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
