Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor who specializes in Facilities Management (FM) Hard Services. This role requires hands-on experience in overseeing electrical maintenance teams and ensuring all activities align with FM industry standards, particularly within the Qatar or broader GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical Supervisor will lead and coordinate technicians to maintain electrical systems efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with FM guidelines, troubleshooting electrical issues, and supporting the delivery of high-quality maintenance services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in FM Hard Services.
• Prior work experience in Qatar or other GCC countries preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a technical team.
• Ability to enforce safety and operational procedures in line with industry best practices.
