Job Overview

We are seeking experienced commissioning professionals for immediate deployment to Ras Laffan, Qatar. These opportunities are available on a six-month contract basis, with potential extensions. The roles include senior-level Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning Engineers, as well as skilled Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Technicians.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Electrical Commissioning Engineer: Lead electrical commissioning activities including thorough testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Manage and guide technician teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning tasks.
• Mechanical Commissioning Engineer: Supervise commissioning of static and rotary mechanical equipment, troubleshoot effectively, and oversee field teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Electrical Technicians: Execute hands-on electrical commissioning duties, including testing, troubleshooting, and performing electrical isolations to support project milestones.
• I&C Technicians: Conduct loop testing, perform calibration, and handle instrumentation commissioning with precision and technical expertise.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience specifically in commissioning activities; construction or installation experience alone is not sufficient.
• Strong command of the English language to ensure clear communication among multinational teams.
• Experience with oil & gas and desalination projects is highly desirable, reflecting the project’s technical complexity and environment.
