Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience to join a dynamic team in Qatar. This role requires strong expertise in Azure cloud services, alongside proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, and continuous integration and delivery, playing a key role in enhancing cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Cloud DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. Core duties include building and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, and applying Infrastructure as Code principles primarily through Terraform. You will also be responsible for integrating monitoring and observability tools to ensure system health and performance while enforcing networking and security best practices across cloud environments.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-6 years of relevant experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Azure cloud platform; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform preferred.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Skilled in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks.
• Advanced scripting abilities in Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Understanding of networking, load balancing, and cloud security principles.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered compensation is all-inclusive and covers visa sponsorship, annual return airfare, comprehensive medical insurance, and paid leave. Additionally, new hires will receive up to five nights of initial accommodation. The annual leave entitlement is three weeks for a 12-month contract. Please note that food, transport, and accommodation are not provided separately.
