Job Overview

MADRE Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled Chiller Plant Operator to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role requires hands-on experience in managing chiller plant operations and a strong understanding of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chiller plant machinery efficiently and safely.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to maintain operational standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, operating manuals, and control systems.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to address system issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in chiller plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and related safety measures.
• Ability to understand and utilize technical documentation effectively.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
