Job Overview

DISS is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Freelance Scaffolding Trainer to join its network of industry professionals in Qatar. This role involves delivering practical, competency-based scaffolding training programs designed to enhance skills and safety standards within the construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hands-on scaffolding work and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theory-based scaffolding training sessions tailored to competency standards.
• Provide guidance on scaffolding inspection, erection, and safe work practices.
• Ensure training content aligns with industry regulations and client requirements.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback to improve skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of scaffolding techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of scaffolding experience, preferably within the GCC or Middle East region.
• Possession of a valid Scaffolding Inspector Certificate issued by an accredited organization.
• Certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) qualification to effectively deliver training programs.
• Demonstrated expertise in scaffolding inspection, erection processes, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage trainees effectively.
• Experience in related industries such as construction, oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial sectors is highly desirable.

This is a freelance, part-time opportunity based in Qatar. Trainers will collaborate with DISS to provide top-quality education and practical skills development to trainees in the region.
