Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Officer to join our Learning and Development team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing training needs, planning, and executing training programs to enhance employee development across the organization. This role demands a proactive individual who can manage training budgets and ensure compliance with all L&D activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Training Officer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Training Needs Analysis across various departments. They will develop and maintain an annual training plan along with a detailed training calendar. Managing the Training & Development budget efficiently is critical, as is coordinating with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of programs. Supporting all related reporting, costing, documentation, and compliance tasks will also be key functions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

The successful candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Training, Learning & Development, or HR is essential. Possession of a PHRi or a similar certification will be viewed favorably. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Candidates must currently reside in Qatar with a valid QID and be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.

The role calls for strong strategic planning and organizational skills, coupled with analytical capabilities particularly in training costing. Excellent report-writing and communication abilities are necessary, alongside advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
