We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Scooter Promotion and Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a weekend basis in Qatar. This role entails engaging directly with customers, promoting our electric scooter services, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable riding experience. The position is ideal for those who are passionate about customer service and comfortable interacting with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and visitors to promote electric scooter services effectively.
• Assist riders in registering through the app, providing clear and concise guidance.
• Deliver safety instructions and guidelines to ensure responsible and safe scooter use.
• Maintain an enthusiastic and welcoming presence to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Confident and responsible in riding electric scooters.
• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain service details and registration procedures.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices related to scooter usage.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (reading, speaking, and understanding) is essential.

Work Schedule & Location

This weekend position operates from Thursday through Saturday. The role is based in Qatar, providing direct engagement with a diverse customer base during peak periods.
