Job Overview

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is urgently seeking experienced waiters and waitresses to join their restaurant and hospitality team in Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity for immediate joining. Candidates must hold valid secondment papers and a Food Handling Certificate to qualify for this role. The working hours are 8 hours per day, focusing on delivering excellent customer service in a dynamic dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at ensuring an outstanding guest experience:

• Warmly greeting and seating guests while providing menus
• Accurately taking food and beverage orders
• Promptly serving food and drinks with professionalism
• Setting up, clearing, and resetting tables efficiently
• Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
• Politely handling guest requests and feedback
• Assisting with opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements and Skills

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience working as a waiter or waitress in a similar setting
• Valid Food Handling Certificate
• Good English communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Neat and well-groomed appearance with a guest-friendly attitude
• Mandatory possession of secondment papers for employment in Qatar
