We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Qatar. This role requires a professional individual who can handle front desk duties efficiently while providing excellent customer service in a veterinary clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

The Veterinary Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing appointment scheduling, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and veterinary staff. Organizational tasks and basic computer operations are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare environment
• Proficient English reading and writing abilities
• Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused approach
• Good organizational skills and familiarity with basic computer applications
• Must be currently residing in Qatar

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a veterinary clinic or healthcare reception is highly advantageous and considered a plus.
