Job Overview

We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated service crew members for both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) roles in Qatar’s hospitality sector. This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and contributing to a smooth, efficient restaurant operation. Both waitstaff and kitchen support staff are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining kitchen operations. Responsibilities include:

• FOH duties such as warmly greeting guests, accurately taking orders, and ensuring attentive, friendly table service at all times.
• BOH tasks including assisting with food preparation, promptly fulfilling kitchen orders, and upholding high culinary and hygiene standards.
• Maintaining strict cleanliness and adhering to food safety protocols throughout the dining and kitchen areas.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during busy shifts.
• Following operational procedures, restocking supplies as needed, and complying with company policies.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be based in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
• Hold a valid Food Handler Certificate (FHC) – this is mandatory.
• Possess a freelance or transferable visa status, with secondment or NOC as required.
• Have previous experience in front of house, back of house, food and beverage, hospitality, or customer service roles preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a professional, polished appearance.
• Both male and female applicants are welcome, with a preference for female and Filipino candidates.

Employment Details
