We are looking for a professional female Receptionist to join our bustling ladies’ salon in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience handling front desk operations, including managing appointment schedules, addressing client inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. A polished and well-groomed appearance is essential to maintain the salon’s welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk activities including appointment bookings and check-ins
• Respond promptly and courteously to client inquiries both in person and over the phone
• Ensure clients receive excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Maintain the reception area’s neat and organized appearance
• Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role within a salon or related setting
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain composure under pressure
• Professional and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Preference will be given to candidates of Indian or Pakistani nationality
