Urban Crest, a leading provider of cleaning and hospitality services, is actively hiring for various positions. We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team in Qatar. Openings include Waiters/Waitresses, Commis/Kitchen Helpers, Cleaners/Housekeeping staff, Kitchen Stewards, and Baristas. This is a great opportunity for candidates of any nationality who hold a valid Qatar ID (QID) and Food Handling Card (FHC).

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities will vary. Waiters and waitresses should provide excellent customer service, ensure timely food delivery, and maintain a clean dining environment. Commis and kitchen helpers will assist cooks by preparing ingredients, cleaning kitchen areas, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. Cleaners and housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. Kitchen stewards must support dishwashing and kitchen sanitation. Baristas are expected to prepare coffee and beverages to high standards while offering friendly service.

Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID (QID) and Food Handling Card (FHC)
• Open to all nationalities
• Prior experience in relevant roles preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
