Job Overview

MR. VALET is seeking both male and female Control Room Operators to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on managing parking operations, ensuring smooth vehicle flow, and providing customer assistance with parking services. Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa.

Key Responsibilities

Control Room Operators will be responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of vehicles, managing ticketing and payment systems, and maintaining order within the parking area. Key duties include guiding customers on parking availability and rules, handling cash and electronic payments, and enforcing parking policies by issuing warnings when necessary. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and safety, inspecting equipment such as gates and systems, recording daily transactions and incidents, and coordinating with security teams to ensure compliance are essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must be native Arabic speakers and possess basic communication skills to effectively assist customers and handle operational tasks. Experience in customer service or operations is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates must be able to work calmly under pressure and manage cash handling responsibly.

Additional Requirements

Applicants should currently reside in Qatar and hold a valid QID with a transferable visa. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory to communicate effectively with customers and security teams.
