As the first point of contact at I City Services, you will play a vital role in welcoming visitors, managing communication channels, and supporting various administrative functions. Key Responsibilities

As a receptionist, your main duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting visitors and clients professionally across all channels
• Managing incoming calls and responding to inquiries promptly
• Coordinating effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handling visitor registration and maintaining reception area activities
• Providing administrative support and assisting HR with employee coordination and documentation when needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in reception, front desk, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanor
• Professional appearance and an approachable personality
• Efficient organizational abilities and the capability to multitask effectively
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in hospitality or corporate settings is advantageous
