Key Responsibilities

The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of treatments tailored to client needs, ensuring a memorable and rejuvenating experience. Responsibilities include:

• Performing professional massage therapies such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology
• Providing facial treatments that promote skin health and relaxation
• Conducting manicure and pedicure services with attention to detail
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in line with luxury spa protocols
• Delivering personalized spa experiences that reflect premium customer service values

Required Skills and Experience

• Certification in Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Massage Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or airline lounge setting
• Proficiency in Swedish massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and facial treatments
• Expertise in nail care services including manicures and pedicures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
