Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their dining experience with professionalism and care
• Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area during service hours
• Address customer inquiries and requests politely and effectively
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service flow and a positive environment
