A leading catering company in Qatar is urgently seeking a skilled Cafeteria Supervisor who can also efficiently handle cashier responsibilities. This is a live-in role requiring immediate availability. The position is ideal for a Filipino female candidate with experience in restaurant or catering supervision and a good command of English.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily cafeteria operations, including overseeing a small team of 4 to 5 staff members. Duties include operating the POS system, preparing staff rosters, and monitoring attendance through timesheets. Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene is essential in this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years experience as a Restaurant or Catering Supervisor
• Proficient in POS system operation
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Well-versed in preparing schedules and managing staff attendance
• Knowledgeable about food safety and hygiene standards
• Currently residing in Qatar with valid NOC
• Available for immediate joining

Work Environment

This is a live-in position, with no leave-out option. The candidate must be willing to stay on-site to ensure smooth cafeteria operations and provide constant supervision.
