We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bellman to join our hospitality team in Doha, Qatar. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in guest services to contribute to creating memorable stays for our guests by providing attentive and professional support.

Key Responsibilities

The Bellman will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting with their luggage, and escorting them to their rooms while explaining the hotel’s facilities and available services. Additionally, the role involves providing helpful information about local attractions and services, ensuring guests feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.

Other duties include managing guest requests such as deliveries and messages, maintaining a neat and professional appearance, and collaborating closely with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless service.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hospitality industry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
• Good knowledge of the local area and services is an advantage

Job Requirements

• Valid Qatar ID (QID)
• Transferable visa accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
