Job Overview

Novo Cinemas in Qatar is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to become an integral part of their customer support team. The successful candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their experience with the cinema is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of customer interactions including:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and gathering feedback effectively
• Providing up-to-date information about movie schedules, promotional offers, and cinema services
• Resolving customer concerns promptly or referring issues to the appropriate department when needed
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions and contributing to performance targets
• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout every interaction

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; higher education is advantageous
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Comfortable using computers and capable of fast, accurate typing
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Must hold a valid Qatar ID and currently reside in Qatar
• Ability to obtain a release from your current sponsor if applicable
