Job Overview

We are urgently seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Qatar as a Civil Foreman and Steel Fixer. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in construction, particularly those familiar with tower projects. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily site operations related to civil construction tasks, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Lead teams effectively, coordinating steel fixing activities and supervising the alignment and placement of reinforcement bars.
• Ensure that all work complies with project specifications and client requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers to report progress and address any on-site challenges promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in civil construction, specifically with tower construction for the Civil Foreman role.
• Skilled in steel fixing with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and best practices.
• Strong leadership qualities and the capability to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Transferable visa accompanied by a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Available for immediate joining to support ongoing projects.
