Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Senior Facility Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves overseeing large-scale facility management operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of commercial buildings and mega mixed-use developments. Candidates with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the GCC region are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day facility management activities to maintain top operational standards.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely maintenance, safety, and efficient functioning of buildings and infrastructure.
• Manage resources and schedules to meet project requirements within stipulated timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards related to facility operations.
• Oversee quality control and address any operational challenges promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institute.
• Between 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in facility management operations.
• Proven track record working within the GCC, particularly managing commercial or large mixed-use developments.
• Strong organizational and supervisory abilities with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
