Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join an ongoing industrial project located in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid background in building construction and quantity surveying to contribute to a large-scale development.

The contract is initially for five months with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, tender documents, and contracts.
• Monitor project expenditures and support financial reporting.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate measurement and valuation of work.
• Track progress and variations, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of five years of experience focused on building projects.
• Proficient in quantity surveying principles and construction cost control.
• Ability to work independently and manage freelance assignments.
• Possession of a valid Freelance Visa with QID is mandatory for this role.
