Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator to join a reputable company based in Qatar’s Industrial Area. This permanent role focuses on the carpentry, joinery, and interior fit-out industry, offering a competitive salary along with accommodation benefits. Ideal candidates will hold a valid Qatar ID with NOC and demonstrate experience in estimating and quantity surveying within the interior fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and quotations related to joinery, carpentry, and furniture fit-out projects. This involves detailed quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure precise and competitive pricing. The role requires strong technical knowledge of interior works and joinery operations to support project execution effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in joinery, carpentry, furniture making, or interior fit-out estimation
• Competency in preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and developing cost quotations
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and AutoCAD for technical drawings
• Prior work experience in Qatar or within GCC countries is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of technical aspects related to interior and joinery construction works
