WINGS TECHNICAL SERVICES is seeking experienced Supervisors specializing in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical disciplines to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a solid background in supervising commercial building projects. The role involves overseeing daily operations with a focus on maintaining workmanship quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisors will be responsible for managing site activities related to Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. They will coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and specifications. Handling on-site challenges, supervising teams, and liaising with contractors are also essential duties.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in supervising Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Prior involvement with commercial building applications is mandatory.
• Ability to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly across disciplines.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The standard duty hours are 10 hours per day, with paid overtime available for any additional hours worked beyond the regular schedule. This position offers the chance to work within a dynamic construction environment in Qatar.
